CareerMee gives MBA students and alumni from the most prestigious business schools confidential exposure to senior management positions. CareerMee.com, unlike conventional recruitment tools, reverses the application process. Candidates simply create an anonymous profile and select their specific job matching criteria. MBA recruiters will then contact the candidates regarding suitable positions by requesting their details. Candidates can maintain their confidentiality by choosing which recruiter requests to accept.
CareerMee.com launched in January and has been growing rapidly since. More than 70+ recruiting companies and executive search firms are looking to fill positions and the list is quickly expanding. CareerMee.com has been developed by a team of ESADE MBAs with the aim of giving MBA students and alumni additional reach in the job market. Our service is entirely free to both MBAs and business schools.

We are a team of ESADE Business School MBA alumni who, upon graduating, saw the need for an exclusive, anonymous job marketplace for business professionals working in the Fortune 500 context. We wanted to create a place where working executives and MBA alumni could keep abreast of career advancement opportunities, and constantly stay in the market.
Headquartered in cosmopolitan Berlin, our team comes from a variety of different backgrounds and from all corners of the world. Florian Behn, founder and CEO, hails from Germany and is happy to be back in bustling Berlin after completing his studies around the world, most recently receiving his MBA from ESADE business school in Spain.
Benjamin (Benny) Pochhammer also calls Germany home and has settled here in Berlin after working abroad. Sandra Holze, in charge of marketing and communication for CareerMee, returns to her native Deutschland after advancing her career in London and is the driving force hoping to get us our first office dog in October.
Aimee O’Malley, working with business school and corporate relations for the site, hails from Chicago and is a recent transplant to Berlin, loving the city and the work.
